This service relationship starts with a FREE site visit and systems overview.
Once the overview is complete, your consultant can make recommendations for improvements if required, and point out any areas of concern. You may just want a reliable phone number to occasionally call for advice and support, or you may want to hand over responsibility of your total I.T. System to us, so you can focus on your business; or anything inbetween. Which ever level of assistance you need, we can provide it.
We don't just operate normal office hours, we fit around you, because when you've got a problem that needs fixing, it needs fixing right now.
There are no call-out charges within the 10 mile radius of Rugby CV21 3DW for next day calls. We just charge a flat hourly rate to keep everything simple and transparent. We charge by the hour (minimum first hour plus 1/4 hour increments thereafter) , but will happily give a fixed price quote for any work required. However, for jobs that don't exceed 30 minutes total, we only charge the first 1/2 hour. We don't charge for what you don't need.
We also offer registered clients a free scheduled short on-site visit at least every three months just to make sure everything is running 100%. We firmly believe prevention is better than the cure.
Our service is second to none, and is modelled on the level of service a multinational corporate expects from its Systems teams. However, this level of service is available to you, when you need it, and not at a prohibitive corporate cost.
